Orders on this website are fulfilled and shipped by Max Nature from Temple City, California.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases. For Specialty products, it takes up to one week to ship your order. A drop-shipment may be arranged for certain orders.

USPS First-Class Mail, 6-7 days        $4.95

USPS Priority Mail, 3-4 days             $7.95

For International shipments:
Shipping rates are variable based on shipping options, weight, number of items, and value of an order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any of the restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country.
If a package is rejected by the Customs of your country, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

There may be some restrictions on products, method of payment and amount of purchase for certain international orders.

For back orders:
Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out back ordered items.

Returns Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

There is a restocking fee of 15%, which will be waived if we have sent the incorrect order.
We don’t accept products for return, which have been opened and used.
We do not guarantee anything on the website, and if you require any more information please contact us by phone or e-mail, we are always happy to help.
If you have ordered the wrong product we are happy to exchange or you can simply return to us.
We will refund immediately to your method of payment once the package arrives back with us. We will not refund for any shipping fee.
